Cairo - Mubasher: Mashareq Real Estate Developments sold 16.50 million shares in Electro Cable Egypt Company at a value of EGP 36.43 million, with an average price of EGP 2.20 per share.
Mashareq reduced its stake in the EGX-listed firm to 0.77% from 1.27%, according to a bourse filing.
Meanwhile, the deal was executed through Aspire Securities and Bonds on 19 February 2026.
