Riyadh - Mubasher: The net profits after Zakat attributable to the owners of Malath Cooperative Insurance Company (Malath Insurance) reached SAR 21.70 million in 2025.
The recorded results marked an annual decrease of 19.29% from SAR 26.88 million, according to the income statements.
Meanwhile, the earnings per share (EPS) retreated to SAR 0.43 as of 31 December 2025 from SAR 0.54 in 2024.
Insurance revenues stood at SAR 1.44 billion in July-December 2025, higher by 43% year-on-year (YoY) than SAR 1.01 billion.
At the end of December 2025, the Tadawul-listed company suffered accumulated losses worth SAR 86.35 million, equivalent to 17.30% of its SAR 500 million capital.
During the first nine months (9M) of 2025, Malath Insurance reported SAR 17.18 million in net profits after Zakat attributable to the owners, up 0.25% from SAR 17.14 million in 9M-24.
