Lumi posts nearly 10% higher net profits in 2025

Riyadh - Mubasher: Lumi Rental Company generated SAR 198.08 million in net profits attributable to the shareholders during 2025, which signaled a 9.86% year-on-year (YoY) rise from SAR 180.30 million.

The earnings per share (EPS) climbed to SAR 3.60 at the end of 2025 from SAR 3.28 a year earlier, according to the income statements.

Lumi generated revenues of SAR 1.66 billion last year, higher by 7.68% than SAR 1.54 billion in 2024

Azfar Shakeel, the CEO of Lumi, commented: “This year was a display of solid execution for Lumi. We continued to deliver growth across our core Leasing and Rental businesses.”

“We improved the quality and visibility of our earnings, delivered growth across Leasing and Rental, and strengthened our margins while maintaining tight control over costs and capital deployment,” he added.

As of 31 December 2025, Lumi’s total fleet totaled 34,400 vehicles, reflecting a balanced approach to fleet deployment aligned with contracted demand and utilization trends across segments.

The CEO concluded: “With growing contracted Leasing revenue providing greater visibility into future earnings, a well-managed fleet lifecycle, and a stronger balance sheet, we enter 2026 well positioned to deliver sustainable growth and long-term value for our shareholders.”

Earlier this month, Lumi launched its new branch in Qassim to reinforce its regional expansion strategy and respond to rising demand for mobility services in the central Northern region.
