Jabal Omar achieves SAR 2.1bn revenues in 2025; profits leap 1,095%

 Riyadh - Mubasher: Jabal Omar Development Company generated 1,095% year-on-year (YoY) higher net profits attributable to the owners value at SAR 2.39 billion in 2025, compared to SAR 200.09 million in 2024.

The revenues hiked by 11.17% YoY to SAR 2.11 billion at the end of December 2025 from SAR 1.90 billion, according to the financial results.

Meanwhile, the earnings per share (EPS) increased to SAR 2.03 last year from SAR 0.17 in 2024.

Saeed bin Muhammad Alghamdi, Chairman of Jabal Omar, commented: “2025 represents a pivotal year in Jabal Omar’s history, marking the successful completion of the company’s transformation strategy launched in 2021.”

Saleh Al Habdan, CEO of Jabal Omar, said: “The company has achieved the highest revenue record in 2025 from its operating assets. This was driven by the strong performance and operational efficiency of our assets, alongside disciplined management of operating and financing costs.”

“This has contributed to expanding operating profit margins and strengthening the company’s ability to generate sustainable earnings,” he added.

in the first nine months (9M) of 2025, the group’s net profits hit SAR 1.10 billion, against net losses valued at SAR 151.31 million in 9M-24.
