Riyadh — Mubasher: Inmar Real Estate Development and Investment Company’s board of directors has recommended a new dividend policy for 2027,2028, and 2029.
The proposal, which remains subject to shareholder approval at a future General Assembly meeting, aims to provide sustainable returns while supporting the company’s strategic expansion and investment plans.
Under the proposed framework, the company targets a minimum annual cash dividend of SAR 0.80 per share for 2027. This target increases to SAR 1 per share for 2028 and SAR 1.20 per share for 2029.
The board intends to distribute these dividends on a semi-annual basis, provided the General Assembly grants the necessary authorization.
The company stated that actual payouts will depend on financial results, available liquidity, cash flows, and capital requirements.
The board of directors maintains the right to consider additional distributions beyond the minimum targets or to amend the policy if material changes occur in the company’s financial position or regulatory environment.
Specific eligibility and payment dates will be disclosed following the conclusion of each relevant period.
Inmar recently inked a SAR 39.10 million lease agreement for the Rawabi Al Zahra Hotel in Madinah with Rawabi Al Zahra Hotel Services Company.
