Halwani Bros witnesses 25% profit increase amid total revenue growth in 9M-26

Riyadh — Mubasher: Halwani Bros Company generated a net profit of SAR 33.70 million in the first nine months (9M) of 2026, representing a 24.814% increase from SAR 27 million in 9M-26, according to the financial results.

The company attributed the net income growth to a 3.30% rise in total revenue to SAR 705.40 million.

Halwani Bros noted that the robust performance was supported by a 15.1% sales expansion in the Egyptian market and a 16.4% increase in meat sector sales across Saudi Arabia and Egypt, similar to the performance during the first half (H1) of the year.

Improved working capital management also led to a 34.60% reduction in finance costs.

Earnings per share (EPS) for the nine-month period rose to SAR 0.95 from SAR 0.76 in 9M-25.

For the third quarter (Q3) of 2026, Halwani Bros posted a 47.69% decline in net profit to SAR 6.80 million compared to SAR 13.0 million in the prior-year quarter.

The quarterly decline occurred despite a 7.26% increase in sales to SAR 247.90 million.

The higher selling and distribution expenses were due to increased marketing investment, alongside costs related to an administrative restructuring plan.

The quarterly results were further impacted by a SAR 1.10 million impairment loss on property and equipment.

Foreign exchange fluctuations also weighed on earnings, with the company recording a currency loss of SAR 500,000 during the quarter.
