Riyadh-Mubasher: Shareholders of Hail Cement approved cash dividends for the second half of 2014 at 6% of the stock's par value, or SAR 0.60 per share, totalling SAR 58.7 million.
During Monday's meeting, shareholders also gave a nod to the dividends paid for H1-14 at 5% of the stock's par value, or SAR 0.5 per share, totalling SAR 49 million.
Shareholders of record on 30 March are eligible for H2 dividends which will be paid on 7 April.
