Gulf Navigation reports AED 15m net profits in 2025 preliminary unaudited results

Dubai – Mubasher: Gulf Navigation Holding achieved net profits worth AED 14.78 million in 2025 compared to AED 33.30 million in 2024, according to the preliminary unaudited financial results.

The company stated: “The reported decrease in net profit for the year came primarily as a result of non-recurring, merger one-off transaction-related legal and advisors' costs. The impact is non-operational and reflects the accounting and transaction-related effects of the company's strategic expansion.”

The earnings per share (EPS) declined to AED 0.006 in 2025 from AED 0.013 in 2024.

Gross revenue soared to AED 308.59 million in 2025 when compared with AED 280.88 million in 2024.

Total assets also jumped to AED 3.22 billion as of 31 December 2025 from AED 1.78 billion at the end of 2024.

The company stated that in 2025 it recorded significant growth in its asset base and shareholders' equity following the successful acquisition of BPGIC and the related share capital issuance, further strengthening the company's financial position and expanding its infrastructure platform.

Revenue and gross profit improved on the back of higher asset utilization and the award of new contracts, with one month of Gulf Navigation's results included. This reflects continued improvement in the company's operating performance and strengthening commercial fundamentals.

Furthermore, part of the company's operating cash flows and generated revenues in 2025 were strategically allocated towards the development of Phase III expansion project, which will add 1.1 million cbm of storage capacity, exceeding the combined capacity of Phases I and II.

This expansion is expected to strengthen the long-term revenue visibility, operational scale, and future earnings potential of the company.

Moreover, the company said it remains focused on strengthening both its operational and financial performance, supported by disciplined execution of its growth strategy, continued infrastructure expansion, and commitment to delivering sustainable long-term value to shareholders.

It is worth noting that in the first nine months (9M) of 2025, Gulf Navigation turned profitable at AED 4.56 million with revenue reaching AED 81.65 million.
