This step marks the company's entry into the Kingdom’s rapidly evolving architectural and construction market, according to a press release.

Located in the Al Olaya district opposite the Kingdom Tower, the showroom spans 3,552 square feet. It offers architects, designers, and developers a hands-on space to explore the company’s range of high-specification architectural solutions.
“This location allows us to directly address growing demand for high-specification architectural systems while offering professionals the opportunity to experience our solutions in a refined, project-driven environment,” Khazi added.
The display features interior and exterior shading systems, façade and glazing solutions, minimal doors and windows, acoustic systems, and smart automation technologies.
Analysts estimate the Kingdom’s luxury residential real estate market at around $15 billion in 2025, with continued growth expected due to rising urbanization, affluence, and demand for premium living environments in Riyadh, Jeddah, and other major cities.
Beyond product displays, the showroom functions as a hub for technical consultations, project support, specification guidance, and client workshops, offering a hands-on environment to translate design ideas into practical solutions.
