Dubai – Mubasher: Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower) recorded AED 1 billion worth of net profit after tax during 2025, marking a growth from AED 908.23 million in 2024.
Empower generated revenue amounting to AED 3.41 billion in the January-December 2025 period when compared with AED 3.26 billion in 2024.
The consolidated income statement indicated a basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) of AED 0.099 in 2025, compared to AED 0.090 in the previous year.
Moreover, the total assets surged to AED 11.81 billion as of 31 December 2025 from AED 11.18 billion as of 31 December 2024.
It is worth noting that Empower previously announced an interim dividend of AED 437.50 million, equivalent to AED 0.043 per share, in respect of the six-month period ended on 30 June 2025.
The first half (H1) of 2025 dividends were paid on 30 October 2025, compared with an interim dividend of AED 425 million or AED 0.042 per share disbursed for H1-24.
Earlier, a final dividend of AED 437.50 million, equivalent to AED 0.043 per share, was declared in respect of 2024, approved in the annual general assembly meeting held on 19 March 2025. Meanwhile, it was paid on 16 April 2025.
