The real estate developer achieved its highest ever revenue for 2025, reaching AED 49.60 billion ($13.50 billion), reflecting an increase of 40% compared to 2024, primarily driven by the strong performance of the company’s domestic operations.
Furthermore, Emaar’s revenue backlog reached AED 155 billion ($42.10 billion) as of 31 December 2025, marking an increase of 39% YoY, driven by strong sales momentum while providing strong visibility on future revenue at healthy margins.
