Riyadh - Mubasher: Emaar The Economic City announced Muhannad Al Azzawi as the board’s Chairman on 19 February.
This appointment followed the resignation of Fahad Abduljalil Al Saif, according to a bourse filing.
Al Azzawi brings over 32 years of experience across sectors, including contracting, technology, civil aviation, banking and investment, real estate development, and hospitality.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering from King Saud University. The new chairman currently serves as managing partner of several firms, including Saudi Industrial Constructions and Engineering Projects Company, Saudi Technology and Trade Company, and Al Wusataa Development Company.
