Riyadh — Mubasher: The Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) announced the implementation of a capital increase for Arabian Centers Company (Cenomi Centers), according to a bourse filing.
The depository center has completed the adjustment of securities quantities within the accounts of eligible shareholders.
The corporate action was finalized on 30 September 2026, following the approval of the company’s request to increase its share capital, ensuring that the new securities are reflected in investor portfolios.
Cenomi Centers, which operates a portfolio of shopping malls and entertainment destinations across Saudi Arabia, will see the updated share count effective immediately on the Tadawul system.
Edaa confirmed that all administrative requirements for the issuance have been processed according to the established regulatory framework for listed securities.
