Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Residential REIT achieved an annual surge in net profit to AED 3.02 billion in 2025, compared with AED 2.66 billion in 2024.
The basic and diluted net earnings per unit hit AED 0.23 in 2025 when compared to AED 0.20 in the previous year, according to the consolidated income statement.
Dubai Residential REIT recorded revenue worth AED 1.95 billion during the January-December 2025 period, which signaled a leap from AED 1.79 billion in the same period a year earlier.
As of 31 December 2025, the total assets stood at AED 24.57 billion compared to AED 23.73 billion at the end of 2024.
