Cairo - Mubasher: Digitize for Investment and Technology reported consolidated net profits after tax of EGP 16.94 million in the first nine months (9M) of 2025, marking a year-on-year (YoY) rise from EGP 16.01 million.
The earnings per share (EPS) declined to EGP 0.144 in 9M-25 from EGP 0.148 in the corresponding period of 2024, according to the financial results.
Meanwhile, the consolidated revenues reached EGP 120.26 million in the January-September 2025 period, which signaled a YoY drop from EGP 396.11 million.
Total assets stood at EGP 347.62 million as of 30 September 2025 when compared to EGP 292.80 million as of 31 December 2024.
Standalone Financials for 9M-25
The EGX-listed company recorded EGP 15.29 million in non-consolidated net profits after tax during 9M-25, which came higher YoY than EGP 10.05 million.
Furthermore, the standalone revenues decreased to EGP 61.59 million in 9M-25 from EGP 86.49 million in the same period a year earlier, while the EPS grew to EGP 0.12 from EGP 0.08.
In the nine-month period that ended on 30 September 2025, the non-consolidated total assets hit EGP 279.02 million, against EGP 217.40 million at the end of 2024.
Quarterly Results
During the third quarter (Q3) of 2025, Digitize for Investment registered an annual plunge in consolidated net profits after tax to EGP 7.26 million, compared to EGP 11.93 million.
The consolidated revenues plummeted to EGP 57.74 million in Q3-25 from EGP 220.93 million in Q3-24.
As for the standalone results, the net profits after tax fell to EGP 6.61 million in July-September 2025 from EGP 8.25 million in Q3-24, whereas the EPS edged up to EGP 0.07 from EGP 0.02.
Meanwhile, the company’s non-consolidated revenue retreated to EGP 20.96 million in Q3-25 from EGP 34.83 million in Q3-24.
In the first half (H1) of 2025, Digitize for Investment reported higher non-consolidated net profits after tax at EGP 8.67 million, compared with EGP 1.79 million in H1-24.
