Mubasher: Deliverect, a global provider of restaurant and retail technology solutions, has launched Deliverect Kiosk in the MENA region, according to a press release.
The system allows customers to browse menus, place orders, and make payments seamlessly, offering a fully integrated self-service solution for in-store ordering.
Deliverect Kiosk aims to secure reduced waiting times, streamlined operations, and higher average order values.
Operating in Germany, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, and the UK, Deliverect Kiosk reduced average order times by 17%, with half of all orders including an upsell.
These kiosks have contributed to 30% higher ticket sizes with smart and automated selling options.
Naji Haddad, Vice President of EMEA at Deliverect, said: “The launch of Deliverect Kiosk represents another important milestone for the company, where restaurants can reap the benefits and accelerate their business revenues even more while also enhancing customer experiences.”
The Kiosk is cloud-based, centrally managed, and flexible, with floor-standing, wall-mounted, and countertop options.
It integrates with the restaurant’s point of sale (POS) system for live inventory updates and works in both quick service restaurants (QSR) and other formats, including counter-service and dine-in.
The introduction comes amid rapid growth in the region’s food and beverage (F&B) sector, as consumers increasingly seek convenient and efficient dining solutions.
