Riyadh - Mubasher: Dar Al Balad for Business Solutions Company has opened the nomination period for one newly created seat on its board of directors.
The application window is scheduled to remain open from 28 September until 11 November 2026.
The additional seat was established following an extraordinary general assembly meeting held on 26 July, where shareholders approved an amendment to the company’s bylaws.
This change expands the board of directors to 6 members, up from the previous five members.
The successful candidate will serve for the remainder of the current board term, which commenced on 2 March 2025, and is slated to conclude on 1 March 2029.
According to the regulatory filing, the election for the new member will take place at a future general assembly meeting using the cumulative voting method.
Interested candidates must submit their applications and required documentation, including CVs and conflict of interest disclosures, to the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee via email.
The appointment remains subject to the standards set by the Ministry of Commerce and the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
In August, the company obtained a Sharia-compliant credit facility valued at SAR 20 million from Emirates NBD to support its operational requirements and strategic financial positioning.
