Riyadh — Mubasher: Arabian Centres Company (Cenomi Centers) announced the completion of the sale and deposit of proceeds from fractional shares, according to a bourse filing on 14 October 2026.
The company distributed a total of SAR 200,685.84 to eligible shareholders following a capital increase approved during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) held on 27 September 2026.
Cenomi Centers concluded the sale of 14,504 fractional shares on 1 October at an average price of SAR 13.84 per share.
The resulting proceeds were deposited into the bank accounts of entitled shareholders on 14 October.
Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB) managed the distribution process via direct transfer to bank accounts linked to investment portfolios.
