UAE - Mubasher: Dubai-based developer Binghatti Holding has launched its AED 2 billion residential tower, Binghatti Skyblade, in Istanbul, according to a press release.
The project comprises 621 units, including royal suites, premium studios with private jacuzzis, and two- and three-bedroom royal residences featuring private pools.
As part of its global expansion strategy, Binghatti Holding chose Istanbul to stage the project’s international unveiling, highlighting growing interest from Turkish investors.
Muhammad Binghatti, Chairman of Binghatti Holding, stated: “By unveiling this landmark in Istanbul, a city that bridges continents, we reaffirm our mission to connect cultures and create architectural icons that transcend borders and generations.”
It is worth noting that the Istanbul launch follows earlier showcases in Egypt, including events beneath the Pyramids of Giza and on the North Coast in El-Alamein.
Earlier this month, Binghatti Holding listed a $500 million sukuk on Nasdaq Dubai under its $1.50 billion Trust Certificate Program.
