Riyadh - Mubasher: The net profits attributable to the shareholders of Arabian Pipes Company reached SAR 110.47 million in 2025, which reflected a 34.31% year-on-year (YoY) fall from SAR 168.18 million.
The earnings per share (EPS) retreated to SAR 0.55 in the January-December 2025 period from SAR 0.84 in 2024, according to the financial statements.
Revenues totaled SAR 874.06 million as of 31 December 2025, an annual decrease of 23.21% from SAR 1.13 billion.
Dividends Recommendation
The board of Arabian Pipes proposed cash dividends worth SAR 34 million, or SAR 0.17 per share, to 200 million eligible shares for 2025.
Meanwhile, the eligibility and distribution dates will be announced at a later time.
