Arabia Investments supports subsidiaries via EGP 700m capital raise

Cairo - Mubasher: Arabia Investments Holding Company increased its issued and paid-in capital by EGP 700 million to EGP 996.04 million, within the limits of the authorized capital of EGP 1.40 billion.

The board members approved the transaction during their meeting on 30 December 2025, according to a bourse filing.

Arabia Investments will use the proceeds to inject liquidity into its subsidiaries, with EGP 500 million earmarked for UE Finance and EGP 200 million allocated for Rawaj Consumer Finance.

In the first nine months (9M) of 2025, Arabia Investments shifted to consolidated net losses after tax of EGP 154.27 million, versus net profits after tax of EGP 22.75 million in 9M-24.
