Riyadh — Mubasher: Arab Sea Information Systems Company was awarded a managed services project for King Abdulaziz University valued at SAR 13.83 million, including value-added tax.
The contract, awarded on 19 October 2026, involves the operation of the university's electronic systems under competition number 260139000124.
The project is scheduled to span a duration of 36 months, according to a bourse filing.
Arab Sea Information Systems confirmed that there are no related parties involved in this transaction. The company expects to sign the formal contract on 19 November 2026.
The scope of work remains aligned with the technical specifications and conditions outlined in the original competition documents.
Last month, Arab Sea Information Systems announced the board of directors' decisions regarding the appointment of a chairman and vice-chairman.
