The price is moving within a double bottom pattern, suggesting an attempt to establish a price base after a previous sharp decline.
Mubasher Research noted that if the stock can rise above the key price point of EGP 0.222, which is also a major selling area, it would show that buyers are gaining strength, helping to aim for a price of EGP 0.226 to EGP 0.230.
Breaking above this level would be a positive signal that could push the price toward EGP 0.238-EGP 0.245.
On the other hand, maintaining the EGP 0.213 level remains crucial to supporting the positive outlook in the medium term.
Price Action Summary
Arab Developers' stock witnessed active movement and a notable rise during 2025, accompanied by high trading volumes in January, reaching a level of EGP 0.32.
The stock then experienced a corrective downward trend due to profit-taking, which lasted from February to November, falling to a level of EGP 0.175.
After forming this bottom, the stock gradually recovered from selling pressure, with a noticeable improvement in trading volumes during November.
However, the price again came under sharp selling pressure during December, and at the beginning of 2026, the stock began to move within a sideways range, approaching a significant resistance level.
