The figure marked an annual surge of 40.83% from SAR 46.31 million, according to the income statements.
Earnings per share (EPS) climbed to SAR 0.64 at the end of 2025 from SAR 0.45 a year earlier.
Assets amounted to SAR 4.46 billion as of 31 December 2025, down 1.09% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 4.51 billion.
Meanwhile, the investments were kept unchanged at SAR 893,000.
During the first nine months (9M) of 2025, Amlak International logged SAR 49.57 million in net profits, higher by 82.49% YoY than SAR 27.16 million.
