Riyadh - Mubasher: The board members of Amlak International Finance Company recommended cash dividends worth SAR 50.96 million, accounting for 5% of its SAR 1.01 billion, for 2025.
The Tadawul-listed company will disburse cash dividends of SAR 0.50 per share for 101.92 million eligible shares, according to the income statements.
Meanwhile, the eligibility and distribution dates will be announced at a later time.
During 2025, the net profit attributable to the shareholder of Amlak International surged by 40.83% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 65.22 million from SAR 46.31 million.
