Dubai - Mubasher: Amlak Finance recorded an annual leap in net profits to AED 1.49 billion during 2025, compared with AED 770,000 a year earlier.
The earnings per share (EPS) stood at AED 0.997 at the end of 2025, against a loss per share of AED 0.002 in 2024, according to the financial results.
Revenues surged year-on-year (YoY) to AED 3.11 billion in January-December 2025 from AED 163.60 million.
In the 12-month period that ended on 31 December 2025, total assets reached AED 3.41 billion, marking a YoY hike from AED 2.39 billion.
During the third quarter (Q3) of 2025, the DFM-listed company reported YoY higher net profit after income tax at AED 1.95 billion, compared with AED 15.92 million.
