Riyadh — Mubasher: Alqemam for Computer Systems Company has signed a contract with the Aseer Municipality for the maintenance and development of digital infrastructure, according to a bourse filing.
The agreement is valued at SAR 9.72 million including value-added tax, and was officially signed on 28 October 2026.
The contract spans a duration of 36 months and follows an initial award notification previously issued on 18 August 2025.
Under the terms of the agreement, the company will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the digital systems for the regional municipality.
Alqemam expects the financial impact of this project to be reflected positively in the company’s financial results starting from the fourth quarter (Q4) of the 2026 fiscal year.
The company further confirmed that there are no related parties involved in this transaction.
