Riyadh – Mubasher: Almujtama Alraida Medical Company stated that its board of directors has accepted the resignation of audit committee member Karim Bachite, according to a bourse filing.
The resignation was submitted and approved on 27 October 2026, with immediate effect.
The company disclosed that the reason for the departure was an inability to coordinate with the chairman of the audit committee regarding its operations.
Bachite had served on the committee since the start of his membership on 1 August 2026.
The medical services provider, which trades on the Saudi Exchange's parallel market, did not immediately name a successor to fill the vacancy on the committee.
It is worth noting that the Audit Committee’s tenure is scheduled to conclude on 31 July 2030.
