Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: Aldar Properties has launched The Wilds Residences, a new phase of its landmark nature-driven community, The Wilds, in Dubai, featuring six mid-rise apartment buildings.
The launch follows the AED 5 billion sellout of villas in the first phase, reflecting strong demand for wellness-focused communities, according to a press release.
Part of Aldar’s joint venture (JV) with Dubai Holding, the new phase includes 740 one- to three-bedroom apartments and two- to three-bedroom duplexes.
The community aims to immerse families and young adventurers in nature, offering abundant wildlife and a wellness-oriented lifestyle. It is surrounded by native and fruit-bearing trees and integrated wildlife habitats, providing privacy, comfort, and a tranquil environment.
Located along Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, opposite Global Village, The Wilds provides easy access to Dubai’s key destinations while offering a nature-focused retreat.
Meanwhile, the residences, open to buyers of all nationalities, will go on sale on 2 March 2026.
In 2025, Aldar Properties logged 36% higher net profit after tax at AED 8.83 billion, compared to AED 6.50 billion in 2024.
