Riyadh — Mubasher: Al Yamama Steel Industries Company has signed a contract valued at SAR 103.14 million with a branch of National Power Construction Corporation Limited.
Under the terms of the agreement, the company will supply steel towers for a project involving the construction of a 380 kV ultra-high-voltage transmission line located in the Western Region.
The contract, which was officially signed on 16 September 2026, has a total duration of one year.
According to the regulatory filing, supply operations for the project are scheduled to commence in February 2027.
Al Yamamah Steel expects the financial impact of this agreement to begin appearing in its financial results during the first quarter (Q1) of 2027.
The company confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction. This award follows the initial project notification received on 16 September.
In August, the company’s unit, Al Yamamah Company for Reinforcing Steel Bars, finalized a SAR 500 million credit facility agreement with Arab National Bank (ANB).
