Al-Madina for Finance and Investment recorded an increase of 69.8% in its losses of the fiscal year 2014, posting KWD 13.94 million ($46.3 million) compared to KWD 8.21 million ($27.3 million) in 2013.
The firm’s losses totaled KWD 2.09 million in Q4-2014 compared to KWD 3.91 million in Q4-2013, registering a decrease of 46.5% y-o-y.
The board of directors will hold a meeting on Sunday, 5 April to approve the financial statements and recommends dividends.
Al-Madina’s capital stands at KWD 40.70 million, distributed on 407.06 million shares with a par value of 100 fils a share.
