Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Babtain Power and Telecommunication Company announced the rebranding of its subsidiary, Al Babtain Metalogalva Limited Company, which will now operate under the name FERROSOL Limited.
The unit is a single-member company with a capital of SAR 21.30 million and is 100% owned by Al Babtain Power.
The name change follows the receipt of formal approval from the Ministry of Commerce. The updated commercial registration and the company's articles of association were officially issued on12 October 2026.
This administrative transition marks the completion of the legal requirements for the subsidiary's new corporate identity.
Al Babtain Power continues to maintain full ownership and control over the entity under its new designation.
In the first half (H1) of 2026, the listed company registered a net profit of SAR 294.80 million, an annual leap of 58.58% from SAR 185.90 million.
