Riyadh — Mubasher: Al Ashghal Al Moysra Company inked a project contract with Tatweer Building Company valued at SAR 17.90 million, excluding value-added tax.
The agreement focuses on providing transport services for items returned to warehouses.
The contract follows an initial award notification dated 30 July 2026. According to the regulatory filing, the project has a duration of three months.
The company expects the financial impact of this agreement to be positive and reflected in its financial results during 2026.
Al Ashghal Al Moysra confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
In the first half (H1) of 2026, the company’s net profits jumped by 12.60% to SAR 4.53 million from SAR 4.03 million in H1-25.
