Riyadh - Mubasher: The board members of ASG Plastic Factory Company recommended cash dividends worth SAR 4.58 million, equivalent to 6.50% of its SAR 70.50 million capital, for 2025.
The Saudi company will pay out a dividend of SAR 0.65 per share for 7.05 million eligible shares, according to a bourse filing.
Meanwhile, the eligibility and distribution dates will be announced later.
In 2025, the company generated net profits valued at SAR 32.93 million, up 2.26% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 32.20 million.
The revenues hiked by 26.86% YoY to SAR 179.78 million at the end of December 2025 from SAR 141.71 million.
