AMAK generates 58% higher net profit; revenue surpasses SAR 1bn in 2025

Riyadh – Mubasher: Almasane Alkobra Mining Company (AMAK) achieved an increase of SAR 103 million or 57.73% in net profit to SAR 280.59 million during 2025 when compared with SAR 177.89 million in 2024, according to the income statement.

The earnings per share (EPS) soared to SAR 3.17 in 2025 from SAR 2.01 in the previous year. AMAK stated that the EPS is calculated by dividing the profit after Zakat and tax by the weighted average number of ordinary shares outstanding during the year amounting to 88.54 million shares, compared with 88.36 million shares as of 31 December 2024.

The mining company also witnessed a 31.44% growth in revenue to SAR 1.02 billion in 2025, compared to SAR 780.64 million in 2024.

AMAK noted that the SAR 245 million annual increase in revenue was primarily driven by higher prices of gold, copper, and zinc, in addition to increased gold sales volumes, despite lower sales volumes of copper and zinc.

In the first nine months (9M) of 2025, AMAK posted higher net profits at SAR 209.65 million and a revenue of SAR 749.39 million.

In December 2025, an agreement was signed between AMAK and the listed Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Ma’aden) to exchange exploration licenses.
