Riyadh – Mubasher: Wataniya Insurance Company announced Hussien Akeil and Faisal Charara as the board’s Chairman and Vice Chairman, respectively.
The Insurance Authority (IA) greenlighted the appointment on 28 August 2025, according to a bourse disclosure.
Meanwhile, Knowledge Net Company approved the resignation of Fahad Sulaiman Al Eidi, who assumed the position of CEO in January 2024.
On 2 September, Mohammed Ahmed Atiyah, the Managing Director, took over the duties of CEO until a new one is appointed.
Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Company named Rashid Suleiman Al Rasheed as the board’s Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Risk Committee until 22 November 2026.
Al Rasheed holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University and has more than 20 years of professional experience in the financial and investment sector.
