Riyadh-Mubasher: Jarir Marketing Co. (JMC) signed on Sunday a contract to rent a showroom in Riyadh-based Rubeen Plaza Mall from a related party.
Under the 25-year agreement, the showroom is rented for SAR 2.4 million annually, with an annual 10% increase in the rent value, the company said in a bourse statement.
Rubeen is owned by Rubeen Arabia Co. that is 50% owned by Jarir Company for Commercial Investments in Riyadh.
