Cairo – Mubasher: Technical indicators suggest that ElSaeed Contracting and Real Estate Investment Company’s stock has successfully broken out of the sideways range it had maintained throughout February 2026.
Prices have stabilized above both the long-term and short-term moving averages, reinforcing current buying pressure.
Mubasher Research highlighted that the stock is facing resistance near EGP 1.41. A break above this level with two consecutive candles, not separated by a reversal candle, would be a positive technical signal supporting a target of EGP 1.444-EGP 1.46.
A break above this level would pave the way for further gains in EGP 1.50.
Conversely, the support level of EGP 1.36 must be held to prevent a return to the sideways range.
The Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) indicator is showing positive signals.
Likewise, the Average Directional Index (ADX) is showing a positive signal, reflecting strong buying momentum, supported by the +DI crossing above the -DI.
Price Action Summary
The stock began trading in the first quarter of 2025 near EGP 0.89 and recorded a notable rise, reaching EGP 1.20. However, it experienced selling pressure from May to June.
Starting in July, it witnessed a significant increase in price and trading volumes, entering a strong upward trend that continued until January 2026.
During February, the stock moved sideways within a consolidation range before recently attempting to break out of this range.
This is a technical signal that could strengthen the chances of resuming the upward trend in the coming period, provided the breakout is confirmed and support from buying momentum continues.
